Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting/shopping at Salikas’ Jewels LLC. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping carrier. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $5.00.

International Shipping

We use United States Postal Service as our carrier. Items are shipped by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and you can usually expect delivery within 6-10 days of shipping notification. Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive your purchase. Please contact your local authorities regarding possible duty fees that your country might have for orders delivered outside of the United States. Salikas' Jewels is not responsible for non-paid import taxes and we won’t be able to issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries outside of the United States that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes. Prices start at $12.25.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pick Up In-Store

Salikas' offers free car loading pick up service. How to use Salikas' curbside pickup:

1. Shop online, and select “Pick Up in Store” as your delivery option.
2. Wait until you receive an email that your order is ready.
3. Drive to the store. Call or text the store, and give your first and last name, order number and the vehicle make/color.

When you place an online order that’s eligible for curbside contactless pickup, select “pickup” as your delivery option. You’ll receive a confirmation email/text and then a second email/text when your order is ready for pickup.

Drive to the store and park at the curb near the main entrance to Shed 3. Tap the “I'M CURBSIDE” link when you arrive, and a teammate will load your order into your trunk or backseat.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Given the custom nature of our products, most products are made to order. Generally, packages are shipped within 5-7 business days of the completed order(s) and should arrive within 2-3 business days.
